I decided that for January, being that I was unable to have strong alcohol, like Vodka, I would share with you a wine that I have recently become a fan of over the holidays...RIESLING! First time I tried it was out at a bar with friends in Philly. It tasted so RIGHT! I immediately became a fan! I hope you will try it out this month and becme a fan too!

Rieslings are wonderful - crisp, clean, and sweet. If you like Rieslings, then you'll like German and Austrian whites, such as Gewürztraminer and Grüner Veltliner.
